Across all CDC-reporting US clinics, 9.2% of ART cycles are for fertility preservation (elective egg freezing or oncofertility). Listed below: the 50 highest-volume clinics where fertility preservation makes up an above-average share of total cycles — typically a signal of an established egg-freezing programme.

Note on pricing: The CDC ART dataset does not include clinic pricing. Egg freezing in the US typically runs $10,000\u2013$15,000 per retrieval cycle plus medication ($3,000\u2013$6,000) and annual storage ($500\u2013$1,000). Many fertility benefit programmes (Carrot, Progyny, Maven) cover one or more retrievals. We’re building a per-clinic pricing dataset; for now this page ranks by clinical activity, not price.
