Although both products contain semaglutide, they are licensed for different indications at different doses. Off-label use of Ozempic for weight management is a clinical decision for a UK-registered prescriber and is not endorsed by the manufacturer or the MHRA. NHS England does not commission Ozempic for weight management.

Both contain semaglutide and are manufactured by Novo Nordisk. Ozempic is licensed in the UK for the management of type 2 diabetes at doses up to 1mg weekly. Wegovy is licensed for weight management at doses up to 2.4mg weekly. They are different products with different indications.
Why does this comparison not show prices?
