Provider listing update

Providers can request corrections to price data, source URLs, locations, regulator details or listing status. Requests are handled under our public corrections policy: we correct inaccurate information, may temporarily suppress a disputed record while we investigate, and do not normally remove accurate factual information solely because a provider does not wish to be compared.

What providers should include

  • Provider name, website and regulator registration number where applicable.
  • The TreatCompare page or listing that needs updating.
  • The corrected price, package inclusions, exclusions or source URL.
  • A public pricing page, dated PDF, or other evidence we can verify against.
  • The name and role of the contact at the provider (so we can verify it is an authorised representative).
