What this directory covers

Private-pay test prices were read from 5 of 20 brands' own pages (5 of 6 operators). A bulk-billing statement was found on the pages we read for 12 of 17 pathology brands, and is quoted word for word on each brand's page. A Medicare rebate is never shown as a price.
